What's your new normal? I'm not there yet. In this time of social distancing and lock downs I find myself longing for the opportunity to load my truck up with art, turning the radio up and singing off-key duets with @artshowroadie as we drive to an artshow. I miss my artshow peeps and patrons. I miss seeing people smile or cry when they find subtext in the art that touches them. I even miss the grammar police telling me I've left important punctuation out of my art ( I know, it's art. Love you anyway). I'm not sure what this year is going to look like for shows but what I do know is that I'm still making art because it heals me and makes people feel good.
